Hailey's hand coordination is developing very well. She coordinates the use of her two hands to hold things, pick up things and to pull things (like mommy's hair). She laughs at funny faces and particularly likes squeaky noises. Hailey joins into conversations and also seems to enjoy talking to herself and her toys. She is very active and playful.
We spent New Year's Even at home this year with Dan and Tracy. We made 4 different types of fondue and played Cranium and poker. We had a a very fun evening. We didn't stay up much later than midnight. Miss Hailey was sound asleep fairly early and we knew she wasn't going to sleep in late. New Year's day we relaxed most of the day. We were pretty tired from all the Christmas visiting. On Thursday morning Hailey and I drove Tracy and Dan to the airport and they went home. We were pretty sad but knew that they would be back soon.
