Life has returned to a normal pace. Christmas was a very busy time for us. We spent the past week trying to get Hailey to return to a regular routine. She has been quite fussy in the evenings. She is happiest first thing in the morning and always loves to go for a car ride. She plays with her toys, holding them and putting them into her mouth. We think she must be starting to teeth but it is really hard to tell. Hailey drools a lots, chews anything she can manage to get into her mouth and has very rosy, red cheeks.
On Sunday we went to Darcy's parent's house to visit and for pizza dinner. Hailey enjoyed her visit with Grandpa and Grandma a lot. Won't be long and she will be eating pizza too.
On Tuesday afternoon Hailey and I met our mom's group friends at Second Cup. At first I wasn't sure how well the meeting would go but Hailey slept the entire time we were there. We spent most of our time Wednesday and Thursday at home assembling new office furniture. I love the prices at IKEA but sometimes it would be nice to have someone else put it all together. Darcy is starting his new job soon and requires a home office so we have converted the bonus room into an office for him. Hailey helped me test out the workspace when it was assembled.
