High Chair Hailey

Hailey hasn't started to eat solid foods yet, but we have started putting her in her high chair to see if she likes it. She is quite interested in the toys and seems quite content to sit for awhile and watch what is going on around her. It has been difficult getting Hailey to sleep for the past few weeks. Darcy and I are very tired! She cries when it is time for a nap or bedtime and even when her eyelids are as heavy as rocks, she fights her hardest to stay awake. I guess she just doesn't want to miss a thing.

On Superbowl Sunday Grandpa Joe came over for dinner. Hailey sat with Papa Joe to watch the afternoon hockey game, but she wasn't very interested in football. On Wednesday we went to strollercize class and then for lunch with our friends, it was a lot of fun. Hailey really enjoys other babies, she tries to mimic some of the things they do. On Friday, we drove to Gibbons to visit Lesley and Brooke, the weather was beautiful, so we went for a long walk and stopped at the health centre to weigh Hailey and Brooke.

Saturday we had a nice dinner at Cory and LeeAnn's, we took the swing with us, so Hailey enjoyed the evening as well. Sunday we met Bonnie and Brian for brunch and then had dinner at Darcy's mom and dad's. Grandma Linda and Grandpa Ken gave Hailey a valentine frog that makes her giggle.
