5 Days Away

The kiddies spent 5 nights with Grandpa Ken and Grandma Linda while Darcy and I were away for the company meeting. It was tough to leave Dylan at only 4 months old but I was so looking forward to full nights sleep. We had a good time, the meeting was held in Tamarack, Idaho at a very nice resort. I caught up with coworkers, attended some sessions and treated myself to a pedicure and a massage. Saturday the company treated us to a zip line tour (photo of our group included) . It was a lot of fun. A little rainy, a little cold and very muddy but well worth it. Almost 3 hours of zipping and hiking. We raced back to Boise late in the afternoon to squeeze in some shopping before checking into the hotel. We had an early flight home Sunday morning. We were delighted to pick up the kids and gave them loads of hugs and kisses. Turns out our first night home was the best sleep we had all week!


The kids enjoyed their visit with Grandma and Grandpa. Hailey did lots of crafts, played at the park and they took a trip to the zoo in the sunshine.
