One Week Closer

Since my last post we have all taken turns being sick...hopefully the last winter bug. Darcy has been traveling less this month which has been really nice because I have been really tired and was glad to have help around the house.

Last weekend wasn't very eventful. We weren't feeling well so we tried to get some rest. Darcy managed to get our taxes done and the Christmas lights down. The weather was absolutely gorgeous so we took Hailey to the park to enjoy the sun. Sunday morning grandma Cindy came for a visit and after nap time Hailey helped daddy put together her playhouse outside.

We had a busy workweek. The weather went from spring to winter in a matter of days. By the end of the week the snow started to fall and has yet to stop. Friday evening we were pretty tired so we picked up the Bee movie and had movie and pizza night.


I have officially passed the 8 month mark of this pregnancy. I am only working until the 30th so the countdown is on. It is getting harder to keep up and it will be great to have one less thing to worry about. Saturday we cleaned like bees in the morning and did some shopping. After nap time and supper we took Hailey bowling for the very first time. At first she had a bit of trouble getting enough speed on the ball. She had much better luck using the ball ramp and with the bumpers up she was bowling a far better game than her mommy. Hailey wasn't interested in where the ball ended up and immediately after releasing it would run for another ball. We had lots of fun!









Sunday afternoon we attended Bridget's 1st Birthday party. Hailey had lots of fun playing with the other kids and popping bubbles.We continued to get snow all day and through the night. Our spring weather is long gone and doesn't appearing to be returning anytime soon.
